my polish friend got caught speeding 103 mph on motorway. she has been summound and is worried because she has a fake polish driving licence and does not know what will happen to her

She will be at risk of a ban Im afraid. She should not show her fake licence at court otherwise she will be accused of trying to pervert the course of justice. She will be at risk of 6-8 points for no insurance and no licence if the court do not ban her for the speeding offence.
