It was the car overtaking me that was speeding.
I have been accused of speeding but I am 100% confident I was not. I was being overtaken at the time and the overtaking wehile is visible in the photo.
Can I use this as a defense and how?

What sort of camera have you been caught on? Is it a GATSO? If so there is a chance that the other car triggered the device. We can also do a secondary check to work out your speed using the white lines on the road. If you have been caught by an LTI 20/20 then then officer will have lined up the device on your car and the cross hairs are very precise. You can normally see the cross hairs in the photos. Have you asked to see the photos?
