You are at risk of 6-8 points and if you are a new driver or have 6 points already you will be at risk of revocation/ a ban.
If you made it a pre condition of use that the person concerned was insured then you will have a defence. If this doesn't work then you will have a special reasons argument.
Come back to me if you would lie my help defending this matter. have you got a court summons through yet or have you just been warned by the police? Tell me more and I will be able to help further.
