Blinded by the sun
Crossing road at Give Way blinded by sun, caused motorbike to swerve and avoid me, it skidded & crashed.
License had been revoked by Doctor for reasons that I would dispute.

Have you got a summonsed to court or have you been warned that you are going to be prosecuted? I don't think you will have a defence based on the sun Im afraid. the court would expect you to adapt your driving if it was impossible to see properly.
Was your licence revoked before the accident? If so I assume you were driving not in accordance with a licence as well? Have you been warned that the lacked of a licence would have invalidated your insurance?
You may be facing a ban in relation to this matter. If not you will be at risk of 6-8 points. Have you got any points already? If so how many? Can you tell me why your licence was revoked? Were you aware of it beforehand?
