Let frined drive car without insurance
On monday night of this week my friend asked me to drive my car around a council owned car park. I let him do it and after the police turned up and are doing him for no insurance and no license.

They could summons you for permitting him to drive without insurance which carries 6-8 points. Did they suggest they might at the time? Did they take your details.
Tell me more. If you do get a summons you will get your licence revoked if you are a new driver. Never let anyone use your car unless they prove they are insured from now on. You might have been lucky.
