It sounds as though you have at least 6 points on your licence and that the court is going to ban you from driving for at least 6 months under the totting up rules.

The court have invited you to make an exceptional hardship argument. These arguments are not easy. Only 39% of them succeed.

you have to prove to the court that banning you from driving would cause you and those that rely on you exceptional hardship.

What do you do for a living Brent, do you need to be able to drive? Tell me more.

What went wrong with your insurance in the first place? You may have a special reasons argument to avoid the points and therefore the ban.

The road traffic police have seen them all a thousand times before.
