I THINK I was caught a 3 weeks ago. Is there a time scale for issuing of a NIP

A NIP has to be issued to the registered keeper of the car within 14 days of the date of the alleged offence.
Have you moved recently or only just bought the car? Tell me more.
You may have a defence to the speeding matter but you still need to name the driver if you are sent a NIP and s.172 request for information.
