Failure to declare points invalidates insurance policy..?

Your road traffic offence question: My partner was involved in a car accident and the car is a write off. However when checking through my policy my endorsment isnt on it and am now afraid my insurance wiil be void. Can I explain to my insurance company whilst this claim has now begun.

Im afraid this is not my area of expertise.
I specialise ion road traffic offences. If you were accused by the police of driving without insurance I would be able to help.
This is actually a matter of contract between you and the insurance company. You need to check your policy to see whether a failure to disclose invalidates the policy. You have to be honest with the insuranec companybecause you could get into more trouble if you deliberately mislead them.
