I was heading away for the speed trap..
i have recieved a notice of intended prosecution for travelling at 45 mph in a 30 limit by lastec camera, at the time of alleged offence i was moving away from the camera on the opposite side of the road, have i a case ?

Im afraid the devices can be used in both directions.
Have you got any points already? If so how many?
In order to defend this matter you would have to create a doubt in relation to the allegation, for example by showing that the officer did not use the device properly. You don't get to see the officer evidence unless you commit to taking the matter to court.
