Speeding

Jul 13, 2010

The speed is typed on the photo

SPEEDING (AVERAGE SPEED CAMERA) M62 NORTH YORKSHIRE.

I RECIEVED NIP AND LOOKED AT PHOTO EVIDENCE ON LINE.THREE PHOTOS ARE SHOWN TWO OF WHICH ARE IDENTICAL .THE TIME ,DATE AND SPEED ARE TYPED ON THE SIDE,BUT NOT ON THE ACTUAL PHOTOS.

SHOULD I CONTEST THIS OFFENCE?

If you accept the speed alleged then you should take the fixed penalty ticket if you are offered one. I would have to see the photos to advise on whether or not they are admissable in evidence.
The evidence from a Home Office Approved device is admissable if the evidence comes direct from the device. It all depends where the evidence came from.
Have you got any points already? If so how many?
