No licence, no insurance


i am driving car without license and without insurenc they send me summons that (1)under section 143 schedule 2 (2) under 87(1) schedule 2 so i want to plead guilty by post so what i need to write to the court pls suggest me

Answer:

You need to explain why you drove without a licence and insurance and say that you are sorry. Did you know that you would not be insured? Was it an emergency? Tell me more.
