The only way to avoid the points is to defend the allegation or to persuade the court that there are special reasons for not imposing the points. The only other option is to ask the court to ban you rather than give you the points. have you got any points already? If so how many? Tell me what has happened? Are you a new driver? Did you think you were insured?
