Can you tell me what the alleged speed is and the limit for the road?
Has your daughter got any points on her licence already or has she avoided points by doing the speed awareness course?

If it was a low speed she will get 3 points and a £60 fine. If it was a high speed she could be at risk of a ban. If she has three points on her licence already then she will be at risk of revocation if she gets any more points ion her licence.
