Wrong date of offence on summons
Alleged Offence: without due care and attention
Your road traffic offence question: recieved summons for above offence.the collision occured on xon the summons paper it states the collision occured on x two days before the incedent happened.can they get away with this discrepancy.regards david

When the cps spot the mistake on the summons they will apply to amed it. They can do this without any problems up until the time of the trial Im afraid.
This mistake will not amount to a defence to the charge.
