Didn't know I wasn't insured...


what can I do to stop myself being disqualified from driving as I have six points already and was driving my friend's car unaware that I was not insured under her insurance. I have a mental illness as well bi-polar and non-learning difficulties

You will need to convince the court that there are special reasons for not imposing the points. i succeed with these argument over 75% of the time.

If the court don't agree then you will be at risk of a 6 month ban and we would have to show the court that it would cause you or those that rely on you exceptional hardship.
