Do you accept the speed alleged? If so then you should name yourself as the driver (if it was you driving at the time).
The speed is relatively low so you will get a fixed penlaty of 3 points and a £60 fine.
If you don't accept the speed alleged or that it was you driving come back to me.
You will have to be very careful from now on because if you get another 3 points you will be at risk of a totting ban for 6 months - come back to me if anything else happens before some of the penlaty points drop off...
I don't think you need our services this time unless you deny the matter - in which case come back to me.
