Speeding - no evidence - at risk of a ban


hello there iv got a court case in april for doing 53 in a 30 but there is no everdens do disclose can they still prosicute on the word of a police officer they have no calabration satisfaction thanks your help would be much appreciated

The evidence of an officer can be sufficient to convict you of a speeding matter as long as it is backed up with evidence from another device that's properly calibrated. What evidence have the prosecution attached to the court summons?

Have you got any points already? If so how many?

You are going to be at risk of a ban for that speed Im afraid.

Do you need to be able to drive to be able to do your job? Tell me more?
