because i just recived from the court some papers where im being endorsed with 6 points and a fine of £460

Do you mean that you have been summonsed for new offences of no insurance and no licence and that you have 6 points on your licence already?
If so you are facing a ban for 6 months under the totting up/penalty point rules.
Have the court gone ahead and dealt with the matter without you knowing about it? If you deny the offence then you can ask them to reopen the case otherwise you can just accept the penalty and ask for time to pay. the penalty imposed is normal for this type of offence.
