Your road traffic offence question: Can you be prosecuted for travelling at this speed if the cameras are not clearly visible and are there for the purpose of preserving the bridge and the colour to ensure it blends in with the background,of the bridge? I am afraid that the cameras do not have to be visible for you to be prosecuted. there are guidelines that they should be but it is not required by law Im afraid.
Sorry, the only defence is if you can cast a doubt on the suggestion that you were speeding..You do have to name the driver otherwise you risk 6 points for failing to do so.
