Driving without due care, fail to stop and report

I have been accused of the above after clipping the bumper of a parked car in a car park. I got out of my car saw my car was not damaged, but the parked car had slight damage to the front bumper. I had no means of leaving a note on the car and had no idea I was obliged to report such a minor incident to the police. It appears there was a witness who reported it. What is the likely outcome/ sentence?

Answer:

Im afraid you are facing between 5-10 points on your licence for these offences. You don't get points for each offence because they all happened on the same occasion. You wont have a defence if you were aware that damage had been caused - no matter how minor Im afraid.

It may be possible to persuade the Cps to drop the charges if you are willing to do the driver improvement course instead,. This would avoid the points and the court fines/costs.

I have managed to achieve this in many cases and would be happy to assist further.

Its not easy though. have you got any penalty points already? If so how many? How long have you been driving?

If you would like my help come back to me and I will be happy to assist
