6 new points - Totting up ban - can I ovoid it.
I have actually been fined and given six points that will take my total points to twelve, can I do anything now after the hearing to stop disqualification? Does twelve points means an automatic disqualification or will there be a seperate hearing for disqualification

Have you been banned already or has your case been adjourned for you to attend? If so when is your court hearing date?
You can avoid a ban if you can defend the allegation or if you can show the court that the totting up ban would cause you or those that rely on you exceptional hardship.
You are not disqualified automatically. The court will require you to attend. What is the speed alleged? It must have been high for you to get 6 points? What was the speed limit for the road?
Tell me more.
