No insurance - insurance companies fault?
Please could someone call me a i have been done for driving without insurance, fined £200 and car was towed away. Insurance was set up back in November along with break down and home contence however system just sowed breakdown and home contence when the breakdown came as a complimentary 1 yr free with car insurance.

You may be able to avoid the points for this matter.
You have a very strong special reasons argument and maybe a defence. You would need to reject the ticket and ask for a court hearing. This will put you at risk of higher fines but based on what you have said you have a really good chance. I may be able to persuade the police to take no further action if I get involved early.
