116 mph in a 70!!
I was caught on camera by a mobile unit on a bridge doing 116mph. I am 38 been driving 20 years & have a clean licence is this a definate ban or are there any ways to mitigate this.

I have helped people avoid bans at around about this speed before so its not a definite ban, having said that you are off the scale in terms of the magistrates sentencing guidelines.
Do you need to be able to drive to be able to work? Have you got people that rely on you to be able to drive?
