Alleged Offence: speeding in a 30 zone
Your road traffic offence question: if i have 3 points already that are few years old and have a class 1 licence which i do for a living and got stopped this morning at 5.30am in a 30 zone doing 70 to 80 what are the chances of getting banned and loosing my job as a lorry drier.

You are at huge risk of a lengthy discretionary ban for those sort of speeds. You wont get a totting up ban because the maximum penalty points that you can get for speeding is 6 penalty points but the court can ban you from driving for the speed alone and that could be for a number of months because the speed alleged is really very high.
