Parking ticket - will they have spotted lack of tax and insurance?
i have keeped my untax car in a friends garage having some work done to it,when i picked it up yesterday i had to stop at the bank to get money out and i got a ticket, and they took a photo of my tax disc,and i had no insurance too,will i be fined for this?

It depends who it was giving the ticket...If it was a private parking company then its unlikely they will point out the tax issue and the insurance issue to the police. If it was a police officer or a traffic warden then its likely they wil have spotted at least the tax issue.
You will have to wait and see Im afraid.
