You will only be able to defend the allegation if you can cast a doubt on the suggestion that you were speeding at the time of the alleged offence. I assume that you accept that you were the driver at the time?
Have you got any points on your licence already? Are you a new driver?
The speed is high and when you get to court you will be at risk of a totting ban or 6 points on your licence.
