Your road traffic offence question: I was not the driver my car is insured any driver it belongs to my company and anyone can drive and i don know who was driving it at the time of the offence i asked to see the photo and they told me they could not make out the driver what do i do know

You will get a summons for failing to name the driver unless you can show that you have given all the information that is within your power as to the identity of the driver.
Can you explain how other drivers would get to drive a vehicle allocated to you. This will be really important if the matter gets to court.
I maybe able to dissuade the police from taking further action in relation to this matter if we can show then that there could have been another driver. i have succeeded in doing this in 64 out of the last 70 cases that i have taken on at this stage.
Have you got any points on your licence already? If so how many? We have to be careful with this offence as it carries 6 penalty points if convicted.
