Driving without insurance

Sep 14, 2010

Insurance company told me that I was covered!

Whose car were you driving at the time? this is an important question. If the insurance company have admitted that it was their mistake and that they misled you into thinking that you were covered then you have a strong special reasons argument to avoid the penalty points. You get 6-8 penalty points for no insurance.
It maybe possible to persuade the police to withdraw the allegation if you have managed to get the insurance company to admit their mistake in writing?
Have you got any penalty points already? If so how many? How long have you been driving.
Come back to me if you would like my help with this matter. I have over a 90% success rate at avoiding proceedings being issued.
