The Government does not feel it’s appropriate to change the criteria for the granting of legal aid to cover the vast majority of road traffic offences.
This means that hard working people on modest means will find it very difficult to get free advice in this area of law.
We charge privately for our services. Its the only way we get paid.
We don’t have a contract with the Legal Services Commission to provide legal aid because there is no point. They wouldn’t grant legal aid even if we did!
We will answer your email questions for free. This website also provides a wealth of valuable information on how to run your case yourself.
We try and make the site as informative as possible. Additionally, we are always updating it to address positive feedback that we get from you.
