If your NIP is accurate in relation to the date/time/place and alleged offence and you got it within 14 days then its likely to be effective.
In any event a defective NIP is not a defence to failing to name the driver so you still have to give that information if you know who was driving at the time. If you don’t then you may have a defence, but you need expert help and you should click on the link below.
