I heard today that no charges will be brought against me. I wanted to thank you for your initial advice which encouraged me to defend myself and your advice how to proceed. Thanks for keeping me posted at all times with progress. I can't thank you enough, this decision is a huge decision off my shoulders.
Jason Rosser was our progression officer and from start to finish we were kept informed by emails and phone calls. He was kind and very helpful. With his help our daughters case was dropped by the CPS and we cannot thank him enough. Even when Jason was on annual leave Ian took over and was in contact with us for the week, there was always someone there you could speak to. We highly recommend this company if you are in need of help with a driving offence. Thank you everyone who was involved with this case, we really appreciate all what you have done for our daughter and ourselves.
I am really sorry for bombarding you with emails and phone calls when you were on top of things but you have to know that from our end things are different. I have never been taken to court and was nervous and panicky. You must advise so many people that I doubt you remember me, but I just wanted to email to let you know that after speaking with you several months ago I represented myself at my disqualification hearing and came away with a reduced three month ban. I wanted to thank you, as it was speaking with you that gave me the confidence and motivation to appeal the ban. I'm really grateful for the time you spent listening to my concerns, and the advice you gave me.
