The overall quality of the service that I received was exceptional. Always prompt replies to emails and messages. Every member of staff I dealt with was helpful and courteous. I could not have done it without the support from all the staff that assisted in my case. When I was unsure of what to do there was always someone to help. Are there any ways we could improve our service? NO! Service excellent, communication exceptional and explained all the legalities in a way that I could understand. Highly recommended.
I believe the quality of service I received from Patterson Law was excellent. I received timely advice in a clear but concise manner. I was kept informed at all times, even when my case solicitor changed from Vicky Lees to Louise Kippax, the transition was undertaken in a professional and reassuring manner. The charges for the services I needed were made clear from the beginning that further helped me to be confident that I could move forward with what was essentially a damage limitation exercise. I spoke to Hilary Moon and was reassured that there are exemptions. Hilary was very friendly and professional and FOC offered me advice on possible ways forward. As it turned out I was offered a speed course so didn't need court representation but I have kept Patterson Law on file because on nine points who knows what is round the corner!
