As a taxi driver, accidentally caught without insurance due to an admin oversight, my job was at risk. I spoke to Hilary Moon and was reassured that there are exemptions. Hilary was very friendly and professional and FOC offered me advice on possible ways forward. As it turned out I was offered a speed course so didn't need court representation but I have kept Patterson Law on file because on nine points who knows what is round the corner!
