Hi Emma - Thank you for the cheque, It was delivered to the neighbours house by mistake. Strangely as well, my driving licence got lost in the post after the court posted it back. When I initially contacted Patterson Law, I had had received a Notice of Intended Prosecution regarding an incident of dangerous … More driving. For this offence, I was at risk of a minimum 12 month ban and at risk of a community order and custody.Patterson Law advised that they would send representations to the police to try to bring the charge down to driving without due care and attention. This was agreed by the police.I then received a Single Justice Procedure Notice, Patterson Law replied on my behalf asking for the matter to be concluded in absence with 5 penalty points.The Magistrates agreed, ordering 5 penalty points and a fine.I have a huge amount of praise for Patterson Law (especially Jessica Dolan) who represented me throughout this 9 month process, and ensured that I didn't lose my driving licence, along with my job.I hope that I'm never in this position again in the future, but for anyone in a similar circumstance, I recommend you contact Patterson Law.

I spoke to Hilary Moon and was reassured that there are exemptions. Hilary was very friendly and professional and FOC offered me advice on possible ways forward. As it turned out I was offered a speed course so didn't need court representation but I have kept Patterson Law on file because on nine points who knows what is round the corner!
