"Dear Emma, I received a summons for driving without a licence, no insurance and speeding. I looked at your website and contacted you. What a choice I made. Ria Please took on my complicated case, as I had confusion with the DVLA. I write this to tell you how Ria handled my case, she was different class throughout the two month period. What a professional and friendly lady a credit to herself and your company. She kept me informed throughout and always called me when she said she would (not many people do that nowadays). " Just a note to thank you so much for your advice. My husband followed your instructions after being able to provide proof that he was not even in the country on the date of the alleged offence. We have today received confirmation from the Central Ticket Office of Cheshire Constabulary that an "error in transcription occurred during the processing of the notice and the correct date of the alleged offence was 24 August and not 27 August". They confirmed that the Notice has been cancelled and no further proceedings will be taken. You are now listed in our "favourites" tool bar and we will recommend you to everyone."

"Dear Ria ....I am sure that you are under no illusions that the work which you have done on my specific case and which you and your colleagues undertake in the wider sense, makes a very real difference to those who find themselves in need of your help. It is of course accepted that motoring laws exist so as to safeguard the general interests of the public and I'm not suggesting that those who break motoring laws should in all circumstances receive assistance to mitigate the penalty arising. However, what I am suggesting is that there seems to be a deep-rooted inflexibility towards motorists who, being such a lucrative potential source of additional revenue, can find themselves facing the full force of a criminal justice system which seems uninterested in distinguising between those with criminal intent, from those whose breach of the law warrants special consideration.
For those who, like me, believe that they belong in the latter category in relation to their particular case, the risk of attracting points (which, ultimately, could lead to the gaining of sufficient points so as to face a driving ban and possible loss of employment), is intolerable. It is in these circumstances that the work which Patterson Law undertakes, is so very important. To reiterate, the work which you and your colleagues carry out, really can make a difference to those whose breach of the law warrants special attention.
With regards to the advice which you and Emma have provided with regards to my specific case, I readily affirm that the advice I've received has been candid, relevant, succinct, honest and clear throughout. The guidance I've received as to how my case might develop, the courses of action available to me and the likely outcomes arising, has been exemplary.
