9 Penalty Points on My Driving Licence

Question:

Driving without Insurance And turned in no entry

I was given 6 points because I missed a direct debit to my Insurance company and my policy was cancel without my knowledge. Thee months after I turned into a no entry without realising it. This offense should be a minor but I was given 3 points for it.

I am a PCV licence holder and with 9 points on my licence I am unable to go back to drive buses.

I am currently unemployed, could you please help me.

Thanks

Paula Says:

I’m afraid that there is nothing that you can do other than wait for the penalty points on your licence to be removed by the passage of time.

The points last for three years and can be removed after 4 years. Be careful you don’t get anymore before some have dropped off your driving licence otherwise you will get a totting up ban for 6 months if you are not careful.
