Don’t Know Who Was Driving

Question:

Was done for doing 35 in a 30 but me and my husband drive the car and we don’t know which was driving at the time photos didn’t show driver just the back of car went to court judge found me not guilty so it got adjourned to x what’s my chances and options?

The court obviously formed the view that you have a potential defence to this matter as you don’t know who was driving.

It was probably on the basis that you used reasonable diligence to figure out who was driving.
