Late NIP

Question:

I have just been informed from work that I was caught using my phone whilst driving on the 30 December. Do I have a case for contesting?

This charge as it has been over a month since the offence

You have to be sent a NIP in your own right and asked to accept whether or not you were the driver. Has this happened yet?
