Letter In Mitigation

Question:

The Mitigation Circumstances Letter, How to Write it? What should it contain?

The Witness Statement fails to note certain details, should I include this in the Letter?

Emma Says:

Every case is different but you need to deal with the offence itself (aggravating and mitigation features) and then your personal circumstances.

What’s actually happened? Would you like to be represented? Tell me more.
