Do I Have A Right To See Their Evidence?

If pulled over by the police then do I have a lawful right to view any evidence against me? I asked to see any camera footage but this was declined.

Louise Says:

No I’m afraid not x. The police do not have to show you their evidence until after you have rejected the ticket and asked for a court hearing. At that stage you get to see an outline of their evidence against you. If you take it to court and plead guilty you get higher fines and court costs.

Have you got any points already? If so, how many?
