Someone Took My Car Without Permission

My car was driven without my knowledge and was used to slightly hit and knock down a parked motorcycle by the road side while parking.

Have you been asked to name the driver at the time? Did the police attend the scene? Who was driving your vehicle?

The driver will be liable for an offence of taking the car without your permission and for driving without due care and attention.
