Wrong Driving Licence – Effect On Insurance

What would happen if I only had my module 1 motorbike test and not yet done module 2 and was caught riding the bike?

If you don’t have the right licence for the bike you are caught driving then you risk being accused of driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence. You would face 6-8 points in total.
