Can Driving Licence Be Revoked Twice?

Question:

My licence was revoked between Jan. and July last year and is now clean. I think I got caught on camera recently, will my previous conviction mean I automatically lose my licence and get my licence revoked a second time?

 Louise Says:

You can only have your license revoked once under the new drivers act so the answer is no. However the points that caused you to be revoked will be on your licence for three years from the date of the offences and therefore add up with any fresh points. If they add up to 12 then you will get a 6 month ban.

By my reckoning from what you have said this means that you will now be on 9? So be very careful and come back to me if anything else happens.
