No Insurance – Speed Trap

I’ve been caught speeding by camera speed trap in my mums car I don’t have insurance. what will happen, or what can we do?

If you were not stopped at the time then there is a good chance that they will never look into the issue of insurance.

You need to admit that you were the driver otherwise your mum will get into trouble for failing to name the driver.
