Let Brother Drive Private Hire Taxi

Let some one drive me home in my private hire car

Police is harassing me for letting my brother drive my car which I use for private hire taxi. I was unwell. I asked my brother to take me home. He was driving me home when he was caught by a camera.

He has insurance full licence but police say he can not drive a car which has a private hire plate on.

If so you will be at risk of 6-8 penalty points. Have you got any points on your licence already? If so, how many?

I wonder if the police suspect that it was in fact you that was driving at the time and that they are raising this issue to get you to admit to being the driver?
