I Named Someone Who Has Moved Away

Question:

I was sent to Identify the Driver I gave the address, police sent the form to him he did not reply because he moved out, this person was employed as a casual driver at my work place and that was the address which I had, I sent the details in Sept police went to check in end of Nov.

I have done my best, now they are saying I have not identified the Driver. Can you help please? Thank you.

You are at risk of 6 points and a hefty fine if convicted. If you gave the name of the person driving at the time then you have a good defence to this matter.

I suspect the police do not believe you and think that it was possibly you driving at the time. Is there anyway we can contradict this?
