Parking Ticket – Will They Spot No Tax And Insurance?

I have kept my untaxed car in a friends garage having some work done to it, when I picked it up yesterday I had to stop at the bank to get money out and I got a ticket, and they took a photo of my tax disc, and I had no insurance too, will I be fined for this?

It depends who it was giving the ticket…If it was a private parking company then its unlikely they will point out the tax issue and the insurance issue to the police. If it was a police officer or a traffic warden then it’s likely they will have spotted at least the tax issue.

You will have to wait and see I’m afraid.
