Hello there I’ve got a court case in April for doing 53 in a 30 but there is no evidence to disclose. Can they still prosecute on the word of a police officer? They have no calibration satisfaction.
Thanks, your help would be much appreciated
The evidence of an officer can be sufficient to convict you of a speeding matter as long as it is backed up with evidence from another device that’s properly calibrated. What evidence have the prosecution attached to the court summons?
Have you got any points already? If so, how many?
You are going to be at risk of a ban for that speed I’m afraid.
Do you need to be able to drive to be able to do your job? Tell me more?
