If I have an itemized mobile phone bill would I have a chance of getting away with it?
That depends on whether or not you were using your mobile phone at the time of the alleged offence. If you are able to give evidence on oath that you weren’t and the court believe you then yes you have a chance. Have you got any points already? If so, how many? Are you a new driver?
You have to cast a doubt on the officer’s evidence and your phone records will help if they show that the phone that was on you at the time was not being used when the officer say it was. The officer has to prove the allegation beyond reasonable doubt to win.
