I Want To be A Taxi Driver – When Can My Penalty Points Be Removed?

I would like to know that I was given three points in 2007 and what my question is that have my points come off and if they have, I would want to send my licence to take the points off because I want become a taxi driver.

The penalty points last for three years from the date of offence and can be removed four years after the date of offence – so you won’t be able to get them removed until 2011 at the earliest – but they may not be effective any more.
